>Aye, well than off "roughing it" was ya'. ;~) Hope you had a good time, and made some good family memories.

What are you talking about when you say "power to the saw"? Oh, you must mean that you have yet to get the water wheel, jackshafts and belting set up. Gee I thought for a second that you mighta' been talking about 'lectric power. Silly me. ;~)

Falls coming just had to go and say didn't you? Just can't leave me alone, gotta rub it in that I'm not gonna be able to enjoy it. Between you and Dave you're gona break my heart yet. :~(

Next thing I know you buggers will be showing pics of the 24 point bucks you've bagged, or pic of you all having a grand ol' time in your ice-fishing shack. ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGH!

I do trust that you brought that jack home none-the-less right?

You know what junk is right? Junk is what you store, stumble over, move from place to place, etc, etc, for years and years and than throw it out the day before you need it. Been there done that. :~(

Horn Pout! Horn Pout!!

Todd O. Cronkhite Native of Maine

>Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh god, you went and said horn pout, awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww bloody god that hurts, hurts real bad, and deep too. Oh how I miss going horn pouting. Why for you torture me?

In 1987 I was at "A" School in Millington Tenn. By buddy Ray from Mt. Vernon Ala. and I went to a park on base where there was a pond with folks fishing. Next thing I know this falla' come walking up the knoll towards us with the biggest dang hornpout I ever did see. It was green and it was huge, and I must confess to being a big scared of it as it was nothing like I had ever seen a'fore. I asked Ray why the horn pout was green, and he about split a gut laughing at me. He said that's a catfish.

We once got talking about 'rassalin', and he mentioned the name Ric Flair, and I said "Who"? Thought he was gong to go straight into shock.

>So Bruno San Martino or Big Moose Showlark (sp?) would also mean nothing to you seeing how they're older then Rick Flair back when Rassl'n was REAL!

>Oh my GAWD - Bruno Sammartino. Name I haven't thought about in years. Impressive.

Scott, who grew up watching Dick the Bruiser and used to drive by Bobo Brazil's restaurant on his way to class every day...

>Bruno is a friend of some folks who own a local pizza shop here north of Pittsburgh. He did a commercial for them.

Still amazes me that a human could be built like that before steroids. Imagine what he would have looked like having grown up in today's world.

Has a reputation of being a really nice man, too.

Best, Ted

I know Bruno

Todd O. Cronkhite Native of Maine

>holy Smokes, how could you not know Bruno? I think babies coming out of the womb know Bruno. the reason that I'd didn't know Ric Flair is because he was not in the Fereration that I watched, and since we didn't have cable TV I had no exposure to him.

I don't know Big Moose :~( Sounds like a homeboy tho.

I grew up (until I was 12, when I started working weekends) Watching Haystack Calhoun, the Valiant Brothers, Greg "The Hammer" Valentine, Stan Stayziak, Black Jack Mulligan, Super Star Billy Grahm, Bob Backland, Tony Garea, Dean "The Happy Hawaiian" Ho, Mr. Fuji and Tanaka, and The Grand Wizard, and Lou Albano where managers.

Speaking of 'rassalin' Chris Beniot is currenty the Champion, and he quite something. I always liked him even tho he was usually one the "bad guys". He reminds me of Arn Anderson, no flash, and glitter, just straight up in your face fight to the end kinda' guys. I really like watching Chris and watching him put on the Cross-Face Crippler.

Re: wasn't it a lemur femur? ;-)

William R. Duffield on the Cohansey

>What was I thinking? It has been many years since I have seen 2001. Yes, it was most probably a femur, not a tibia. The animal was almost surely a tapir, I suspect chosen by Stanley Kubrick to look as close as he could get to an ancestor of the horse (Mesohippus, perhaps?), since the technology that made "Jurasic Park" possible was not invented yet. Of course, the bone probably did not come from the same kind of animal that was in the killing scenes.

Do you think chipmunk tibia were as unusual in OG's tool box as the Stanley #1 is today?

No I didn't Scott

>I just forgot to mention him ;~)

Hacksaw HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

gotta love that Ol' 2x4 swingin', flag wavin', cross-eyed mulligan. Wonder what ever become of him.

Let's not forget Chief Jay Strongbow, either, with his beautiful head dress and devastating War Dance. Mercy Man, when he went into that dance my Dad really come to life. Kinda' like I do when Chris Beniot puts on the Cross-Face Crippler. I just love that.
