Most popular...yoyos or throw-tops
YoYoSpin
Over the past several months, I've discovered that handmade throw tops are much more popular than yoyos, especially south of the boarder. Kids are only interested in the long spinning factory made aluminum yoyos these days, but collectors are really into tops.
It took a while to get the shapes right for a good spin, but these seem to be the best so far. They are all hollow for cord storage, with 1/4" to 3/8" walls, and the buttons are flat on top so the throw-tops can be displayed and stored tip-up. The tips are turned from 1/2" or 3/4" Delrin rod.
