Entertaining a crowd

John Jordan

So I'm doing a demo today for the Hunt County (TX) Woodturners today, and in the afternoon, they wanted me to put the grinder in front of the lathe and go over some gouge and small cutter sharpening techniques. At some point there was some snickering, and then outright laughter, and I insisted on knowing what was so damn funny since they seemed to be laughing at me.

"You're drinking your grinder water"!

It was just your body telling you that you needed a bit of iron.

Could be just the right ingredient to add to your morning oatmeal.
