I agree a lot with what has been already said, and will think twice before sharing another "technical picture".

Kidding aside, this thread would have been a good opportunity to discuss about alternatives techniques, for such long/thin spindles or finials (the classical roller blade wheels system doesn't work for small diameters). Maybe someone who requested these posts to be deleted can enlighten us ?
