Treehouse
I'm not quite sure where I'd ever find the motivation to build this little backyard playhouse, but it sure is awesome. Somehow, I wonder if it's real,... or possible? It would definitely take me the rest of my life to build.

Re: Treehouse
Reminds me of this home in Romania. I wonder which one the Big Bad Wolf could blow over first?

Art nouveau
I often wondered how anything this labor-intensive could have become an actual style. This one looks like a space alien. How'd you like to have to bid on building this?
Re: Treehouse
Like WOOD Girl, both are just illusionary images that have enough realism to be appealing......but, are not actually existing as portrayed.
Romania House
This display reminds me of the 2000+ crop of single family homes that were and are being built. Strip away the ginger and you have a match. Ostentation lives forever.
Re: Treehouse
It'd be some very lucky kids who had that in their yard.
Re: Art nouveau
Ostentatious or not, it's certainly remarkable!
Re: Treehouse
Are you saying they are not real? I was hoping to snag WOOD Girl and live happily ever after in Romania.
Whatcha See Isn't Always Whatcha Get.......
besides, Dracula hangs out around Romania.......and with your luck.......
Re: Treehouse
A quick image search on Google brought up a number of examples described as AI-generated that look a lot like this one. One site took this image and pointed out indications of AI influence, especially in the background where the trees seem to follow the outlines of the building. Still, it's fun to look at it.
Re: Treehouse
There are real "mushroom" houses in west MI along the Lake Michigan shore. Roger probably has pics.
A Mushroom House.........
More Mushrooms.......
Re: Treehouse
It a'nt real its imaginzation.
Re: Treehouse
I'm about 97% sure that your tree house is a figment of the imagination of an artificial intelligence. My first guess is it was created by Stable Diffusion. Note that there are no stairways, or even ladders. Also lots of noisy "almost" details, especially supporting the railings.
Here are two more that my son "built" for me ;^J out in the woods this morning, also designed by Stable Diffusion.

Back to "reality", here are a couple of real tree houses. These are at Longwood Gardens, in Kennett Square, PA, and have been there for at least 15 years.

Sorry for the rotation of the second one. I can't figure out how to reorient it.
