Music stand
Hi,
A good friend asked me to build a variant of Krenovs Music stand as a present to her son who just begun a carreer as an opera singer. I normally want to do my own designs but if you should copy someone, Krenov is a good choice.
Have planned to have legs and stretchers in walnut, but could not get any decent lumber so I stick to my standard; untreated light and dark ash.
Made a few alterations compared to the originals (he did in fact two)
The height (excluding note rack) was increased to 120 cm. The opera singer is almost 2 meters.
Number of drawers were increased from two to three.
The not rack became an old design. Slender but not very durable.
