Well I finally took the plunge and elected for a new Laguna 18|Bx 3HP 220V 18" Bandsaw. Don't know what to expect, but surely it will be better than my ole' trusty 12" Sears Craftsman Bandsaw i've had for 25yrs. Wish me luck...lol

Congrats! The difference between the Laguna and your old saw will astonish you. I've had an older Laguna LT 18 for a few year. It is a fine saw and I have absolutely no complaints about it. You're going to love yours.

Congrats! I'm picking up mine on Saturday. Quite an upgrade from my 20 yr old 14" Jet.
Did you get the wheel system? I'm going to try the Bora All Swivel Base as in my Garage shop the BS will get moved a fair bit.
