I get those from Magnate Carbide. Never gotten a bad bit from them, and the price is pretty reasonable - that bit is 2" cut length, 3 flute, $20. They also supply lots of kinda oddball bits, like a 7/8 ball cutter I use, and a bunch of Legacy mill bits I've not yet used.
