Ebay has rules against excessive shipping charges you can report them and they will have to justify the shipping or there adds will be pulled. reasonable handeling charges are ok but excessive handeling to bypass final value fees is not.

I thunk you knew better. PVC is made from oil, right? What makes oil? Dead dinosaurs! Dinosaurs have something (skin, scales attached to skin, or feathers attached to skin) to keep their guts from dragging in the dirt. When they die, they turn into oil. Smart humans turn oil into PVC, so PVC is leather.

Now, you could argue that oil is made from a lot of dinosaur parts in addition to the skin (like brains - very tiny portion of brains, I guess -, eyeballs, tongues, toenails, muscles, bones, etc.) and those parts don't meet the definition of leather, but that's really getting nit-picky, don't you think?

Me: What???

Chinese guy: Yes, it's real...but it's fake. It looks real, it behaves real, says "Brand Name" here, but it's fake. It's real but it's not real.

Me: thinking to myself "what have I got myself into trying to work in China?" Chinese logic at it's best.
