I really began woodworking when I got a job at a door, window and cabinent factory, back in 1965. Then fast forward to 1973 I got married and two years later we had a small one on the way. So we needed a chest of drawers and after looking at them my wife said, "You can make that can`t you". So the tool light went of in my head. After buying a couple of tools, A TS and a router I built a jumble of wood resembeling a cabinent, but it worked and the wife thought it looked nice. So started my hobby as a part time woodworker.
