FWW DC article

Larry in NW Ohio

>Just recieved my latest FWW magazine. Of course I went right to an article on DC to see if there was anything new. By golly there is, when you get yours go to page 56 and in the pictures at the bottom on the right they have the wye from the bandsaw running opposite of what I always thought was right and on the right the planner wye is the same. It`s getting hard to keep up with all the changes. Larry in NWOhio

Do you mind going to the trouble to say what month on front cover your issue is?

I have Feb (my latest) and it doesn't have anything about DC's that I can find, page 56 is a review on new routers with built in lifts.

>Don I`m sorry I thought it was a current issue. My wife just reupped my subscription for Christmas and the first one I got was the "Tools andShops" annual issue. So I suspect this one needs to be gotten at the news stands. Larr in NW Ohio

>I glanced at that article at the local newstand. What a joke. It's no darned wonder so many people are confused about dust-collection when they read articles like that. Just terrible in my opinion.

I didn't read the article in it's entirety, but, I almost started laughing out loud when I saw the "pipe lengths" that they mentioned for the various sizes of dc's. Downright shameful.
