I live in Central Oklahoma (Norman) where I served until retirement in 1997 as a police officer/supervisor. After retirement I took up woodworking, primarily woodturning. My woodturning is for the arts and craft market, where until recently I did a number of shows. I am interested in all facets of woodturning and am always eager to learn new techniques and methods to better show a piece of wood. Besides woodturning I love to read and study all things wood related and the natural sciences. Most friends would describe me as being very conservative, old fashion, and the belt and suspenders type.
