Geiger's Solutions I live in FL. I've been a woodworker all of my adult life. I've been a woodturner since 1999. I have a Stubby 750 lathe. I enjoy turning one-off unusual scuptural pieces. I have demonstrated at numerous clubs and symposiums throughout the Eastern Seaboard from FL to NY. The subjects of most of my demonstrations are: "Mastering the Side-Ground Bowl Gouge" and "Sharpening Skills for Woodturners." I took two classes from Ellsworth early on and have assisted him numerous times with his annual class at Arrowmont (in June). I took a hollow form class from John Mascol several years ago. I have assisted Al Stirt (twice), John Jordan, Bihn Pho, Nick Cook and Don Duden with classes at Arrowmont and Bruce Hoover at J.C. Campbell. I invented: Geiger's Vertical Solution Precision Gouge Sharpening System Geiger's THINGINMYJIG small gouge adapter for the Ellsworth jig Geiger's Wheel Truing and Dressing Solution (a 2006 re-design of the original Geiger dresser) Geiger's Re-Centering Solution I introduced the swivel tipped screw as an aftermarket product for Ellsworth jig. The car is a 1957 BMW 300SW that I restored about 12 years ago. It has a single cylinder air cooled engine, one door, and get 60 MPG (and 100 smiles per gallon).
