Retired in 1997, moved to the farm and raised beef cattle for about 10 years until I was no longer able to care for them. A woodworker since high school but did not obtain much equipment until I retired. My shop is a separate building 24x40, divided for hot metal and woodworking and fairly well equipped. I started turning again several years ago after I had built enough furniture to satisfy the family. Recent purchases include a 1642 Jet (new) and a used Delta 14 bandsaw w/ riser. Both are a great improvement over Jet 1236 and Sears 12"
