My woodworking interests are all over the place, but my primary love is American Period furniture, especially Federal pieces... I also do some turning and am beginning to turn for the sake of turning and not just because I have to make a piece for another project. Same thing for woodcarving, a skill I'm working hard at developing. Like many, I'm a tool junkie, especially on the lookout for old quality user tools...I'm not a collector..I'm not a collector, I'm not a collector..oh..never mind, I might collect a little <IMG SRC="/webbbs/smileys/smile.gif" BORDER=0 ALT=":)"> Always on the lookout too for that special piece of wood that I might need someday... Very involved with the Guild of NH Woodworkers where I am a past president of the Guild, and just honored to be around so many talented people!! Can be found here or on the creek, especially if you look in the Neander sections.... Not a purist, but I do enjoy using hand tools, especially on the final stages of a project... Roger
