http://www.cvwg.org About 30-35 years ago I took a woodworking course at a local high school in the evening. No one was using the wood lathe so I glued up a Walnut board and made a platter. I still have that platter. I started by buying a Jet Mini lathe about 7 years ago and taking a couple classes at Woodcraft. Since retiring I have enjoyed being able to do more turning.
