Ethylhexanediol, according to Wikipedia. Discontinued in 1991 due to some evidence of causing developmental defects in animals. I was sprayed with it a lot when young. Maybe that is ...
I got the long side as
1.5+sqrt(3.5^2-2.5^2)+sqrt(5^2-1)+3=1.5+2.5+4.9+3=11.9.
