That was the last one I found. Had me stumped for a while. Good job.

Which others can bee the odd one out (and why)?

A is the only word without a double letter.

B is the only 6-letter word.

E is the only word suggesting motion.

But I'm not sure I understand the question correctly.

Solved?

Alex Y

Good teamwork, but a question.

Which of these is NOT the odd word out?

A. STARLET only one with no double letter Henry

B. SONNET only one without seven letters Henry

C. SAFFRON only one not ending in T Ed

D. SHALLOT

E. TORRENT only one not beginning with S Ed

F. SUGGEST only one not a noun JohnV

So that would say that D is the one that is not the odd word out.

But I wonder if that is the right answer. Isn't D the only one that is not an odd word out based on spelling or meaning of the word, so in a sense it is an odd word out as well?

I don't know what the puzzle creator intended. What do you think?
