Friday Puzzler -- Tool Ages

Yesterday, I looked at the manufacturer's data plates on my table saw and bandsaw, and noticed that both were made on May 6. Today, 5/6/16, their combined age is 42 years. The bandsaw is twice as old as the table saw was when the bandsaw was as old as the table saw is now.
What are their ages?
