One answer seems obvious: 5= 25.

For a second answer, you might substitute as you go, so if 1=5, substitute 5 where 1 appears, etc. Thus,

1=5, 2=10, 3=15, 4=20, 5=25 becomes

1=5, 2=50, 3=55, 4=500, 5=505.

Or take it literally

If 1=5, then 5=1.

(This is the kind of logic you come up with driving along I-20 with nothing better to think about.)

5=25 and 5=1 are the two I was looking for. 5=505 is an interesting additional one.
