Friday Puzzler -- Country Pairs

Can you come up with three pairs of countries, where the common names of the countries differ by only one letter (not reordering the other letters. E.g., if they were countries, Drift and Draft would be one of the pairs.
One pair:
Larry Barrett
Iceland Ireland
And the easy ones
Henry Higginbotham
Iraq and Iran.
But beyond that . . . ? I suppose N. Korea / S. Korea would be bending the rules, huh?
