Tuesday puzzler

Think of a 20-letter word that satisfies the following conditions:

Letters 9-10-4-17-6-20 spell an adjective that means convicted.

Letters 1-15-7-12 spell a wading bird with a long curved beak.

Letters 3-11-9-16-19 spell a noun meaning any of the numbers from 0 to 9.

Letters 13-14-18-17 spell frozen drops of rain

The answers all look the same to me.

Since no one else has responded, I think the 4 words within the 20 letter word are guilty, ibis, digit, and hail. So the 20 letter word starts with i and ends with y. The other letters still all look the same.
