16 + sqrt(sqrt(16))
Judy Collins sang a song about this one.

If I read your answer correctly, it is 18. Not the answer.

Marketing I can make a case for the number 89 (a little bit off) as a prediction but it's better if you put it on folded paper put it away and come back. Magic.
I think it's

Yes. How a text messenger may say "tardy".
Answer

Easy one. The answer is 87. If you didn't see it, turn the sequence upside down.
I disagree
Alex Y
I think the answer is "L8" Put that in the sequence, turn it upside down, and it will read"86 87 88 89 90 91"
Re: Better typed

If you take the second digit of the numbers provided and linking them in a sort of (marketing estimation) progression you can get 16,6,68,88, x then is 89, and ending with the provided 98. I started that way until I looked at my list upside down
Re: I disagree
Dan Donaldson
You could make a case for that, especially as I did not specify a number for the answer.
Re: I disagree

That's why I said 18; 1 is closest I could come to L.
