This puzzle is from Erich Friedman:

Add some digits before or after the digits in the grid so that each row and column sums to 100.

If I'm correct, when you express each space as a product of primes, it uses the all prime factors below 18, except for 11.

That's what I got. There were very limited (3) possibilities for the first row; the first I tried (74) came to a quick dead-end, and the second led to the solution shown.
