Pollution!, Especially if you do like we do here on the farm and throw on a tire to get the green stuff started. Actually this sounds like a real upside down question. It must be the same condition that traps smog in LA.

Burning tires is illegal here in OK. Althought I think many folks still burn tires to get green fuels to burn.
