Humpday Triviola

Thomas Skaggs, Foothills of Mount Level

The way it feels outside here in Mount Level I would not be surprised if you could leave wood outside and steam bend it within an hour! But enough about the weather...onto to the question:

This guy was known for other things but he was also an avid wood carver. He carved this piece (shown). Who is he?

You caught me hanging on the right day. Think Tesla motor and use the type as the initials of the artist.

Who knew that there is a company

Gary Smyth

called Tesla Motors? Think the type of motor favored by Tesla not Westinghouse. Those are the proper initials of the artist.

Answer

Thomas Skaggs, Foothills of Mount Level

Gary very "artfully" answered the question by identifying Alexander Calder (A.C.) as the artist/carver.
