Assumption

This is a tough one. I thought I had it, but got tripped up at the end.

At least I think I did, but better check my assumption. I assume that each letter represents a different numeral, and the numbers are written normally, with no leading zeros?

Still working

I'm glad I haven't recorded time spent on this--it would be depressing. I thought I had it, but need the last line to be "rectoe" instead of rector. If you post the answer, please clearly label it so I don't accidentally see it.

I'm not going to let this one beat me!

Re: Still working (no spoiler)

Looks like you are the only one attempting, so I will leave it til you either get the answer or ask for the answer. I am going to reply to this message with a hint that you don't have to look at if you prefer not to.

slight hint

Small hint. All of the letters represent unique numbers, but all numbers are not necessarily there.
