Looks like a Yak to me so maybe it is a Yaka de Fluer

The three feathers (plumes, actually) in a crown are from the coat of arms of the Prince of Wales. The symbol likely has something to do with that, although I don't know the precise name.

They were used in a lot of Hepplewhite furniture. The names I saw were Prince of Wales Feathers or Plumes.
