Thursday Trivia

A design type problem.

According to Raymond Loewy, who was the industrial designer that introduced streamlining to packaging, what are the two most perfectly designed containers?

Re: Thursday Trivia

I'm gonna WAG on this based on something I thought I heard one time. Does the answer have anything to do with birth?

Re: Thursday Trivia

Following Thomas Skaggs line of thought I have always thought the two most perfectly designed containers were located further up.

Is this a packing theory question?

One is natural and the other is manufactured. Remember that this is his opinion. To me, one makes total sense, the other, so-so.

Re: no (hint)

I think Mother Goose is sitting on the natural across the pond from my shop ... and IIRC I encountered some strange looking containers in England in '63 which resembled the one of the answers from the other day's dice question, still known today as a tetra, albeit with six sides.

BTW, my second most favorite auto owned was a '62 GT Hawk with a '63 Avanti engine under the hood, Borg Warner T10 on the floor.
