When building a wooden wheel, you start with the hub and then fit all of the spokes for angle and length. The hub with spokes before the outside edges are attached has a name as an assembly. What is that name?

I've heard two terms for this assembly. Charlotte in the garden is one and the other is world wide.

At this stage of the job it is called "a wheel of stock and spokes"

or simply a "speech"
