Looks like the chair that Lincoln was sitting in when he was assasinated. If that is it, it is in the Henry Ford Museum and I have seen it a few times.

The chair pictured was not the chair that Lincoln sat in at Ford's Theater. It is in fact a rocker that he owned and was the last of his own chairs that he sat in.
The style of rocker became synonymous with him and has ever since been called a "Lincoln Rocker".
