It's a Beautiful Humpday...Triviola Time
Knock on wood this great summer weather lasts a while here in corn country. On to the question....
Many of us woodworkers either sell our things at craft fairs or enjoy attending craft fairs. Where was the first craft fair held, when and who put the craft fair on?

Eve held the first one in the Garden of Eden after making a series of apple baskets that were admired by all.

Perhaps a hint as well but to clarify, I am looking for the first craft fair held in America.

The League of New Hampshire Craftsmen held its first crafts fair in 1934 at Crawford Notch. Today, the Fair, held in August at Mount Sunapee State Park in Newbury, attracts hundreds of craftsmen and thousands of visitors each year.
