Schwinn was the big name when I was young. But the first new bike I owned was I believe a Monarch I bought at Sears.

is not the words I'm looking for. I think it was the brand name of either: OTASCO, Okla. Tire and Supply company, not much good unless you are from Ok or, it could/probably been from Western Auto.

Maybe the name of the bike I'm looking for was only available in central US (?). The intials of the bike's brand is WF

Had to cheat a little bit, but your second hint helped a great deal. It appears that brand was sold by an auto parts store. Loks like they date back at least to the 1930's through the 1950's. It appears that the bikes were manufactured by a number of different manufacturers including Shelby and Cleveland Welding among others.
