In 1936 a guy in Salt Lake City came up with a product that became a big seller. Until then, this product was typically made of wood but his material of choice was rubber. This product is still available in wood and old ones are often highly valued. However, this guy's product started the advent of mass production of this product.
First of all I refuse to put gold plating on Dan's unisaw. I find his boundless knowledge quite annoying! ;-) Same goes for the rest of you quacker heads!
