I often use a product when making my furniture. I use different versions of this product depending on the final outcome that I desire. Eastern India versus Western India may often lead to the choices I have available. What am I choosing and why would east versus west (India) make a difference?
Thomas, you better stop using those illegal Indian immigrants in making your furniture. The Feds are giving people like you a shellacing these days. :)
It appears I failed to stump the panel today. All in so far are correct and Gary wins first dibs on the gold Uni.
The answer is shellac. Eastern India is generally where the darkest shellacs originate and western India where the lighter amber and blonde shellacs originate...also southeast Asia.
Thanks to all for giving this question a good shellacking!
