Humpady Triviola
A sub-specialist for working wood would make these, usually out of maple or beech. It might require up to 35 measurements to produce these to the proper proportions. What are they?

Re: Humpady Triviola
My WAG it that it involves frets for some type of stringed instrument.
Good guess, but nope.
Re: Humpady Triviola
I think I know the answer, but I want to wait to be the last.
Re: Humpady Triviola
I think that I will wait until the last person answers before I make my guess ;-)
Re: Humpady Triviola
I am not really sure so I will kick it around for a while before answering. By the way what is a Humpady?
Re: Humpady
"Humpady" is what describes this piece of maple I was working with last night. But several passes on my jointer fixed that. ;-)

Re: Answer
Time stamp. Mine's first!! :-) I win.........

Just to let everyone know, the Gold Plated Unisaws are on order and you will all get them as soon as they are delivered. The last time I talked to the vendor, I was told that there was a slight backlog, and they figure they will be able to start on them on the 42nd Tuesday of 2192, so please be patient. We have not forgotten. ;-)
;-)
I'll be waiting on the front porch, and hope that I can get my 135 yr old butt up out of the chair to meet the delivery truck at the end of my driveway. :-)
But by then I will probably have forgotten who sent it to me. So I appologize in advance if I forget to send a thank you note.
Re: What's your secret?
2192 is 185 years from now. How will you only be 135? I wanna hear your secret.
Fred
Re: What's your secret?
Because I am already getting old and senile, and can't subtract right. I should have used a calculator. OK, so I'll be 235. I definitely won't remember who it is coming from.
Re: Humpady
Wasn't there a nursery rhyme that started Humpady-Dumpady?
