It looks like a Rotary Disc Mulcher which is used to "process" forest undergrowth into mulch thereby clearing the forest floor for fire prevention.

DeWalt Angle Grinder

I have one. It's the same as the smaller DeWalt angle grinders but just does the job faster....much fatster.

the buncher doesn't look quite what I'd expect. They're used for cutting small things like pulpwood and brush I think. But I'm thinking the buncher part should be like a claw and be a little higher. In other words, I don't know what it is.

If I read it right, It would appear that DB knows. The answer is "masticator", as in chewing. It is used, as mentioned, for chewing up brush and stumps to clear ground. I thought of this when I was reading the thread about chainsaw carvers, and weedeaters with chains instead of string.
