Re: Monday answer
It turns out that the question is OK but the Answer is lacking. Still, a crack of the whip goes to Dan. Albert Kveck,1903-1977, was a premier American Folk Artist who carved and painted miniature circus wagons, animals, and people. Working on a scale of roughly one inch to a foot his work delights the eye. He was featured in American Heritage in December,1987. I remember as I was supposed to receive one of his animal figures for Xmas that year, but the seller suddenly realized what he had and refused to part with it. I thought that I could pull up photos but so far no luck. Perhaps others might be able to find some and post a site or a photo or two directly.
