My Last WAG

Just last week I was turning a piece of Camphor. The waxy shavings stuck to everything and I think it is used in solvents. All I can say is that my shop still smells of it!! (so does my dust collector)

Yes, Water is the "universal solvent" and Ice is the "universal adhesive". Nevertheless, I don't think I will be using it on any furniture projects soon.
