Humpday Seinfeld Trivia

If you are anything like me then not a week goes by that something doesn't remind you of a moment in a Seinfeld episode. Still of course in re-runs, the other day I saw the episode where Jerry and his girlfriend are conflicted about walking around his apartment naked. Jerry is uncomfortable about it and to make his point about how absurd being naked all the time is he picks up a certain power tool (while naked) and says he is going to do a project with that tool (naked).

So is there a trivia question here?? Of course! What was the power tool that Jerry was holding? Extra points for brand and model.

Re: Humpday Seinfeld Trivia

Hmm Tommy,

That show has not made it to Canada yet, maybe next year?!?!?!

A DW cordless drill??

Take care,

Jim

WAG from Vandelay Industries...

I think Jim is partially correct...the brand was Makita.

Re: WAG from Vandelay Industries...

And I'm guessing I never ever watched the show!!

I figure DW for the visual appeal, a cordlessdril becasue it's a tool that has wide appeal...still don't have one either...

:-)

Take care,

Jim

Re: Who is Seinfeld??

It is a television show about nothing.

Wrong so far

Not a drill and not DeWalt.

I own one of these....but I assure you, I never use it naked! Keep the answers coming.

Hint #1

It's variable speed.

Re: Wrong so far

I don't own a TV and have never seen the show in question. But based on the hint, I'll guess a reciprocating saw.

No, You're Wrong!

It's a LOUSY television show about nothing!

BobH, who's never been able to stand the whining and saw NOTHING funny!

Hint #2

Many find the noise from these tools to be rather abrasive.

No Soup for you...

It was a sander...If the make was not a Makita, it may have been a Ryobi? In the same episode, I think Jerry's girl friend was trying to open a jar of pickles. (Extra Extra Credit?)

Yada Yada Yada

Festivus For the Rest of Us...Answer!

Sander it is! But not the brands you mentioned. However to end the suspense...it was a Porter Cable 352VS belt sander.

And you are correct about the episode as well...yep the pickle jar opening pretty much ruined nudity for Jerry. ;-)
