Thursday Trivia

In the category of largest:

It is a bit over 13 feet in diameter and weighs about 1 1/4 tons. What is it?

Re: Thursday Trivia

Diameter... Hmmm... Was it made on a lathe?

It's time for some grits.

You might need a bowl for 'dem grits.

Saw an article once about the worlds largest "wood" turning. It was a form for a hot tub or maybe a fibreglas pool of some sort. Anyway, I got an old truck rearend, some heavy I-Beam, an old bulldozer frame, a welder, a farm tractor for power and an idea for a large lathe and extremely large glued up bowl. Can you say, "Hey ya'll, watch this".
