If it's a tract house there are two per person. Under 3,000 Sq ft. you can multiply your sq. footage by a the contents on a couple of ancient tablets

The website I found is correct I could do the math in my head, but 3000 bdf for kitchen cabinets seems hight to me. So...

The answer is obviously a variable, depending on your source, but I got generally from 16,000 to 20,000 board feet for answers. It also depends on what you call "lumber". There is quite a bit in a house though.

Not sure as it was not specified, but I am going to guess that it is with a conventional wood joist floor.
