Photo editing programs
I've been using Adobe PhotoDeluxe HE 3.X for my picture editing, resizing, some "darkroom" stuff, contrast etc. I use the program mainly for resizing and putting in jpg format for Ebay.
I got a new computer a few weeks ago with the updated Windows and the Adobe program is not going to run, issue problems. So my question is what's a SIMPLE and low cost, as in free would work, : ' >, do you folks recommend? IRFANVIEW has been suggest, have not looked as of this minute.
