Since this is a wood forum, and since I grew up in timber country, my first thought is Logging, followed by Fishing. It might just depend on the year which is first.

....woodworking in my shop. Or maybe street sweeper in Baghdad. (ok, not an American job) ;-)
Logging is correct, however you are probably correct about it competing with commercial fishing as that was second in the survey.
