In this video, Rob Cosman gives a tour of a new building he acquired across from his main shop in Grand Bay, New Brunswick, which is being expanded to increase workspace and metal manufacturing capabilities.

Key areas of the expansion include:

  • The Equipment Shop: This space is used to store and refurbish woodworking machinery, such as lathes, joiners, planers, and drill presses. The shop's veteran employee, Al, restores and manages this equipment.

  • Storage and Assembly: An area with climate control where Rob stores plywood, Baltic birch, and hardwood. This section also serves as a workspace for Kareem, who handles the assembly of new vices and houses materials for the Sleeping Heavenly Peace charity.

  • Renovation Project: Rob shows a previously used seasonal fruit and vegetable stand that is currently being renovated, insulated, and fitted with a heat pump to provide additional floor space and storage.
