How did you find WoodCentral?

We’re always trying to understand how new visitors discover us. If you have a moment, we’d love to hear how you found WoodCentral!

Feel free to also share what you’re looking for in a woodworking resource and community. We’re actively adding new features based on feedback from our members.

Note that unlike most websites, you do not need to register to participate in our forums. That said, registering makes everything much easier, and we’d truly enjoy having you as an active member.

WoodCentral has long been known as a favorite hangout for very experienced woodworkers (including some well-known names in the craft). But the “Central” in WoodCentral means there’s a place here for everyone — and if there isn’t one yet, we’ll work to create it!

Thanks for stopping by, and we welcome any suggestions you have.

Like Lee, I've been here for a long time.  Probably close to thirty years.

I believe Wayne Miller recommended WoodCentral when he was getting ready to close down Badger Pond in '03(?).  BP was the first woodworking forum I had found online just the year before, I think, and quite by accident as I was looking for info on a friend's lunchbox planer.
