Here are pictures of three music stands that I finished in early November. The stands have a Black Lacquer finish with shop made Brass details and hardware. 
The brass "D" bracket allows the desk to be position in 5 angles.
The inset panels have Biblical texts and an antiqued finish. 
The heights shown in lowest-mid and highest positions.

Wonderful work Alan! I like the D bracket in particular - always impressive to see someone figuring out the mechanics of the hardware they need and making it themselves.
really nice, alan. All of your stuff is tasteful and very attractive, but still worth saying these stands are a treat. They've got great style, great color, great kind if aged look.
