Anyone know the thread on the adjustment knob?

Hard to say. Some were left hand threads. Others were right hand. But nearly all of Stanley's were proprietary, so you're not likely to find a 'standard' bolt with the right threads.
Re: Stanley plane RB10 (12-100)
#3I was hoping there was a chart with "Type of plane" - Threads.
Well perhaps I do a metric conversion and go that route as Stanley support wasn't helpfull.
I appreciate your answer anyway.

#4Looking at pictures on the internet, it seems to be a fairly recent rebate plane made in England? I don't know if it would be metric or inch, but lots of links to European sites so metric is possible. Finding some kind of reference is easier with Stanley's older stuff.
Are you missing the knob?
Re: Stanley plane RB10 (12-100)
Edited #5Yes the RB10 I have is from the 1980ish era and many details is plastic and I inherited one where the knob is partially broken.
And I haven't thought that it could be metric, I will check that ASAP.
Thx
Added later 4 h 26 min 35 s:
After measuring it have the characteristics of a M8x1 fine threads.
Diameter (Od)= 7.68 mm
Thread length = 17.23 mm
and with 17 turns on the 17.23 mm length = M8x1 fine thread.
Thanks for pointing me in the correct direction.
So now over to machine a new knob instead of a plastic one.
