You have 8 bags of gold coins, each with 100 coins. Seven bags contain genuine coins weighing 10 grams each, but one bag has counterfeit coins weighing 9 grams each. Using a digital scale only once, how can you identify the counterfeit bag?

Put all eight bags on the scale - 7900 grams. Remove one bag at a time until the scale reads an even thousands. The last bag removed was the counterfeits.
