Worst job evah.

The worst job i ever had was working for a pair of hustlers outside of Tacoma. They specialised in cabinets and display units for dept stores. Nordstrom was their major client. Like all bad employers they made sure their foreman was a total ahole and the secretary was a btch.
The vibe made cuckoo's nest look like an Episcopal church tea party.
We spent all day assembling crap then spraying it with contact adhesive to apply laminate. No proper ventilation. They put me in the mill to run cut lists. The jointer and thicknesser were both Grizzly. Utter garbage machines. I had to flip and feed the stock twice to get even thickness.
I took the liberty of borrowing the office micro wave one day to heat up a meal. Psycho btch stormed across the shop screaming like a meth addict.  In high heels and sluht blouse. What a sight. Lol.
So Christmas is coming and a pipe organ builder has offered me a job in Seattle in the new year. Thank God.
Foreman walks up to me and lays me off.
Weeks notice  ?
No, you leave now. We may call you back in the new year. He laid off my friend too.
Punishment for opening the doors to get rid of the toxic fumes.
Of course they got a big new contract after Christmas and gave me my job back.
I took it for one day then handed in notice.
The Foreman was fuming. How dare you treat us this way after all we've done for
you ! Next week ?
Right now. Bye.
It was worth it for the look on his face.
Good for the Goose, good for the Gander.
